At the age of 25, I gave up any sun tanning exposure.
At present 46, my diet has been vegetarian for years,
and with a Stairmaster PT 4000, weight has been
maintained at 145 lbs (at 6'-1"). Since the age of 18,
a multivitamin has been routine. And hey girls, I'm
still single and looking for a skinny woman to round
out my life.
  By profession, I am a mechanical
engineer.
