Carerecipient Profile For All Caregivers
By: Gail R Mitchell
Whether you live long distance or
are directly caring for your loved one,
there may be a time or long periods
when outside help will be assisting
you in their care. It is important to
keep a folder with all pertinent
information accessible for those who
are new to caring for them so they
have a complete understanding
of who the carerecipient is.
Your loved one's likes and dislikes,
their medications, their needs
should all be described so that
they can easily be followed and
adhered to. As more lists are added
to our article lists, you will be able
to include those that are
neccessary in your folder or
notebook.
Please give your loved one the
opportunity to respond to as
much of the profile as they are
capable of.
