I ASKED 10 FEMALES AND 10 MALES OF GENERATION Y WHO THEY'RE VOTING FOR IN THE ELECTIONS AND WHY?

SUMMARIES OF GIRLS' ANSWERS:
1. LISA: Nader. Out of all the lame candidates to vote for, he's the best one because he cares about the environment and corporate greed and other good issues.

2. LAURA: Nader. He's in the Green Party and I don't like the other two.

3. GEN: Gore, because my party is the Democrats.

4. VERONICA: Probably Gore, because I'm a Democrat, though I'm sick of the Clinton/Gore scene and attracted to Bush's "compassionate conservatism" image, so I'm not entirely sure.

5. KAYEE: Probably Bush, because I'm a republican, but not sure.

6. SANDRA: Maybe Gore, because he's a Democrat.

7. LORI: Won't vote because electoral politics is a scam.

8. SARA: Al Gore. He is a wonderful man and I absolutely detest George Bush and everything he stands for.

9. HANNAH: I will vote for Bush, because he seems more stable of a candidate.

10. MARIKO: Gore, because I'm a Democrat and I really don't trust Bush.

SUMMARIES OF BOYS' ANSWERS:
1. DZEE: Gore, because he's on Clinton's side and I admire Clinton as a person and Bush is too conservative.

2. JOHN: Gore, because he's pro-choice and I don't want a politician taking away a woman's right to an abortion.

3. RODNEY: Nader, because the other two are bad choices. 4. JACOB: I want Nader, but will vote for Gore since he has a better chance of winning and is better than Bush.

4. Dave: Bush, because I'm a conservative and Gore just seems like he's too much into saving the earth.  I think we need to focus preserving the constitution. I've always believed that we need to be responsible for how we do in life and I could of easily been a bum but I decided to do something with my life. I do think that those of us who are fortunate should instinctivly help others and not have the government force us to do it by taking my money! Also think that Gore needs to get a real job for once in his life.

5. NAJEE: Gore, though it's a hard decision, but it was good he chose a minority for V.P.

6. JIA: Bush, because he's a Republican.

7. ANTHONY: Probably Gore, because he was Clinton's V.P.

8. DAN: Nader, because I strongly support the Green Party.

9. DANIEL: If it isn't close by the time California (Daniel's state) votes, then I'll vote Nader, because he's the best. If it's close and Gore has a chance, then I'll vote for him so as to keep Bush out.

10. JULIEN: Gore, because he supports humanity and not big business.
