MAKING IT SO NEWSLETTER

Dear Making It So-ers:Thank for those who
have recently purchased my book and apparel.
I always appreciate when I receive
correspondence from individuals who
thought they were alone in their thoughts
and feelings on the principles of
"Making It So" and when they meet and
greet a person that has read the material
(or they have identified them by the
recognizable logo) and share their
thoughts and feelings, they feel as though
they have been given a vitamin B-12 shot
(energizing booster injection typically
given by a physician). Recently I was
talking with a person who took great
pride in their due diligence to correct
what they perceived was wrong.
The person felt that someone took
advantage of them and through their
persistence and tenacity, when the
opportunity arose they would get even
with the person.
The person claimed that in certain cases
in the past it may have taken a few years
but eventually they felt vindicated.
This person suffers from a liver disease
and if you have the chance to read Louise
Hays' book, "Heal Your Body", she states
that the mind affects the body and what
is a dis-ease of the mind eventually
will affect and create a dis-ease of the
body.
She writes that a person with liver disease
is one that has been thinking or has a
mind-set that: "Justifying fault-finding
to deceive yourself" and the affirmation
to reverse or cure the dis-ease is:
"I choose to live my life through the
open space in my heart. I look for love
and I find it everywhere."
It is amazing how accurate the relationship
is between the mind and body and when one
looks at the physical ailments and how
closely related they are to the mind-set
of the person, a person has to take a
serious look at what physically ails them
and how they have been thinking.
I mentioned this quote and affirmation to
this person and added that when one holds
on to regrets or has a revengeful attitude,
it adds up over time.
It becomes like a twenty-pound turkey
hoisted over one's shoulder and you carry
this extra weight with you through your
daily activities. This additional weight
wrecks havoc on your spine, joints in your
hips, knees, ankles and organs. The sooner
you shed the weight; the body
seems to work with you rather than
against you. The spine and joints work
more freely, increasing your mobility
and agility, ready and subtle to handle
the daily stressors of human life."
The doctor of the future will give no
medicine but will interest his
patients in the care of the human frame,
in diet, and in the cause and
prevention of disease." Thomas Edison's
you share your gifts with the world,
enjoy your adventure while you
continue to make it so....
