Hello,
I plan to get married on a Los Angeles county beach in October or late September of this year. Do I need a permit? Who should I contact to find out what to do? The wedding is small, just 30 people. They can stand. What beaches do you recommend? I'm leaning toward the Santa Monica area. What will the weather be like in the mornings during that time of year?
